Join us Monday and Wednesday at 7 pm and Tuesdays at 5 am for PKStrength our parkour inspired group workout designed to improve your strength, power, agility, mobility, balance, and endurance. 

Become a master of the basics: push-ups, pull-ups, rows, and lunges; and improve your ability to sprint, jump, climb, and crawl.

Each workout is comprised of upper-body, lower-body, core, and whole-body exercises in a fun, supportive environment.
