Three Events

SKILL

Multiple Parkour skill challenges are set up around the gym, complete the hardest ones you can.

Each Skill Challenge has 5pt levels of difficulty, ranging from Lvl 1 (lowest difficulty worth 1 skill point) to Lvl 5 (highest difficulty worth 5 points). Athletes are awarded Skill Points for the highest level of difficulty they complete in each Challenge Area. Most Skills Points wins.

SPEED

Race through multiple unique obstacle courses in the fastest time possible. Each course will follow one of three theme types: Hot Lava, Sprint, or Touch Points.

Athletes will have 2 attempts on each course to secure their fastest times possible. Athletes fastest time on each course are added together to get their Total Speed Time. Fastest Total Speed Time wins.

freestyle

Each Athlete shows off their best Freerunning and Parkour Skills in a 30 second run. Runs are judged upon:

Difficulty:  How difficult are the skills performed?

Flow:  How smoothly are skills strung together?

Style:  How uniquely are skills demonstrated?

Execution:  How well are skills executed?


Division I - Ages 5 to 7

Division I athletes will only compete in Speed and Skill

8:00 – 8:30 am Doors Open, Registration / Check-in
8:30 - 8:45 am Explanation of Skills
8:45 - 10:30 am Skill Competition
10:50 - 11:00 am Explanation of Speed
11:00 - 12:30 pm Speed Competition
1:00 PM AGES 5 to 7 AWARD CEREMONY

Division II - AGES 8 to 10 Division III - Ages 11 to 14

Ages 8 through 14 will compete at the same time but will be judged by their respective age groups.

1:00 - 1:30 pm Registration / Check-in
1:30 - 1:45 pm Explanation of Skills
1:45 - 3:00 pm Skill Competition
3:15 - 3:30 pm Explanation of Speed
3:30 - 5:00 pm Speed Competition
5:15 - 5:30 pm Explanation of Style
5:30 - 6:30 pm Style Competition
7:00 PM AGES 8 to 10 and AGES 11 to 14 AWARD CEREMONY
