build strength, athleticism, confidence, and creativity

Parkour and Freerunning have no off-season, need no special equipment, and doesn’t require a crazy schedule commitment. Each student starts their career by working towards the level 1 white band where they will be introduced to foundational concepts, coordination practices, and most importantly, safety skills.

If this visit is your first class with us, the cost is $10, you can attend any age appropriate class not designated as LVL. 2 or higher. After your first class, your class fee of $10 will be refunded to you upon sign up of monthly classes.

the ima family

Parkour and Freerunning has helped us all discover new capabilities and overcome fears, and we expect nothing less for each one of our students, no matter the age! We are constantly elevating our skills and knowledge of the sport, and we love sharing it with the world!

A discipline with lifetime value

More than the extreme videos seen on YouTube, Parkour and Freerunning are a discipline based in hard work and consistent training.

Exclusive Parkour Coaches

IMA is the only gym within 100 miles of Ridgecrest, California that offers Parkour and Freerunning. All our coaches love this sport, routinely train their skills, and participate in the parkour community.

Parkour is NOT gymnastics. Parkour is a training discipline based on basic natural human movements like striding, jumping, rolling, balancing, and climbing. Through these movements, it builds strength, stamina, coordination, and creativity. These skills can be honed and practiced year round, indoor or out as there is no off-season, and no special equipment is required.

My boys have been going to this gym since last summer, and it’s the best place in town for kids. Classes are reasonably priced and affordable, and they both love it here! We go to open gym/PK strength, Parkidz and Pizza and sensory ninja’s. Coaches are nice, friendly to parents, great with kids, really can’t ask for anything more. And they are very informative and will freely answer any questions you could have.
